Congratulations to Ed Haberer, Greg Smith and Scott Dooley for being recognized in Cincinnati Magazine as 2009 FIVE STAR Wealth Managers and "Best in Client Satisfaction." This is the second consecutive year of recognition for Mr. Haberer and Mr. Smith.
The FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Managers evaluation process is designed to identify wealth managers in a local market that score highest in client satisfaction. Cincinnati Magazine formed a partnership with Crescendo Business Services, and independent research firm, to find out which wealth managers successfully satisfied key client satisfaction criteria and overall scored the highest in client satisfaction
Wealth managers are rated by their clients and financial service professionals based on service, integrity, knowledge, communications, value for fees charged, meeting financial objectives, post-sale service, quality of recommendations and overall satisfaction.
The final list, which represents less than 7% of the wealth managers in the local market, identifies the wealth managers that scored highest in overall client satisfaction.
