Haberer Registered Investment Advisor, Inc. (HRIA) is an SEC registered investment advisor in the State of Ohio. HRIA and its representatives are in compliance with the current registration and/or notice filing requirements imposed upon SEC registered investment advisers by those states in which HRIA maintains the required number of clients. HRIA may only transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an applicable exemption or exclusion from such state's registration requirements. HRIA will not render investment advice to any individual or company unless HRIA is first registered in the client's state of residence or unless HRIA satisfies an applicable exemption or exclusion from such state's registration requirements.

Advice may only be rendered after the delivery of Form ADV Part II (Investment advisor's disclosure document) and the execution of an agreement by the client and HRIA.
